Return and Refund Policy

Each fine art print is produced and carefully packed by Kondo Estudio.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at comunica@kondoestudio.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the product. We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by Kondo Estudio.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
